Weekly Question 2/29

I searched the word “barney” on google and bing.  The two searches contained some of the same results, Google provided a wider variety of results including the store, the tv, show and a politician.  Bing focused mainly on the Barney tv show.  Bing’s video results however came up with a show called “Barney Miller” while Google video pulled up “Barney and Friends”.  I think these differences are because google mainly pulls videos from youtube, while bing pulls them from hulu.

Google returned the search with:

Weekly Question 2/22

http://www.ktcolorselmhurst.com/ uses <font> elements. For example: </font><font size=”5“>. Chapter 10 of InterACT states “<font> elements are bad, bad old practice, and you should never use them in your work.” (164) This is an old practice and this styling of the HTML should be done in CSS.
